Our Product Realization team went axe throwing to celebrate the completion of a 1.5-year project of finalizing, documenting, and training the product realization process.

Industry Involvement:
In April, Kyle Kruse, our of VP Marketing, was the Master of Ceremony at the Massachusetts Medical Device Development (M2D2) Impact Pitch-Off event at UMASS Lowell. Gii is a proud sponsor of the M2D2 program.
Continuing Growth:
On April 26, our Engineering team had a companywide meeting to update our team on the improvements to Gii's product realization process.
On May 3, our Marketing team had a companywide meeting to train and update our team on Gii's current marketing processes and strategies.
Our Technical Project Manager (Product Development), Jen Cullum, has been completing advanced project management training to further her knowledge within her project management position.
In May, our Director of Global Procurement, Troy Mauk, attended the Supply Chain USA 2023 Conference in Chicago to meet and learn with global supply chain and logistics leaders.
